Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using any ClarityCore feature, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users regardless of subscription tier.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and company profile. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all documents you upload. ClarityCore is not liable for content you generate using the platform.
Subscription and Billing
Subscription plans (Starter, Professional, Enterprise) are billed on a recurring basis — monthly or annually, depending on your selection. Billing begins on the date of subscription and recurs automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Founding Member discounts apply for the life of the subscription and are non-transferable.
One-Time Purchases and Single-Use Vault Templates
Templates purchased from the Shop are single-use. Each purchase generates one AI-assisted document based on the inputs you provide at checkout. The generated document is yours to edit and use for your proposal efforts. Re-purchasing is required to generate additional instances of the same template. One-time purchases are non-refundable once a document has been generated, except in cases of documented platform failure.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (1) use ClarityCore to generate content for fraudulent, illegal, or deceptive purposes; (2) attempt to access another user's data through unauthorized means; (3) reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the platform's source code or AI models; (4) use the platform to train competing AI systems; (5) share your account credentials with individuals outside your organization. Violations result in account termination without refund.
AI-Generated Content
ClarityCore uses AI to assist with solicitation extraction, outline generation, and proposal drafting. AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccurate references. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing all AI-generated content before submission. ClarityCore does not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accepted by any agency or result in a contract award. See the AI Content Disclaimer for full detail.
Limitation of Liability
ClarityCore provides tools and resources to assist with proposal development. We do not guarantee contract awards, proposal wins, or any specific business outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClarityCore is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the platform. Total liability is limited to the amount you have paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. See the Limitation of Liability page for full detail.
Termination
You can terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting support for account deletion. ClarityCore may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or engage in activity that harms the platform or other users. Upon termination, your access to the platform and your uploaded data is removed within 90 days, except where retention is required by law.
Changes to Terms
ClarityCore may update these Terms at any time. Material changes are communicated via email to active subscribers at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
